                                       The bewitching hour ----

                                        skeletons, haunting ghosts

                                          sated by candy.

"Bats"

                                  Twilight beckons them

                                  diving for mosquitoes

                              wings flapping, gentle chirps.

"Rays"

                                                 Beaming through dense clouds

                                                     warming faces and earth
 
                                                          like God's caresses.
